📦 Return & Refund Policy – Gulf Trendy

At Gulf Trendy, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The return request must be made within the eligible return period


2. Return Timeframe

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash (or original payment method if applicable)

  • Refunds are typically processed within [7–10 working days] after approval


4. Exchange Options

We also offer product exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product (subject to availability)

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:

    • A replacement product of equal value, or

    • A full refund

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must report the issue within [48 Hours] of delivery

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video must be provided as proof

  • After verification, we will offer:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund (including shipping if applicable)

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claim resolution.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if marked non-returnable)

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

  • Change of mind after delivery


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Gulf Trendy will cover return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer will bear return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault
